Robotics Decision Making Lab, Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR
2015-2017
Performing research in human-robot interaction and shared autonomy in lab. Facilitated user studies, wrote and applied code for the lab's marine robots. Was a Teaching Assistant for the undergraduate course, System Dynamics and Controls.
Yaskawa Motoman Robotics, Miamisburg, OH
2014
Built modules displaying the features of different robots for technology shows as part of design team. Tasks included designing schematics, wiring controllers, assembling the modules, programming robots, contributing to brainstorming meetings, and giving demonstrations to tour groups.
SAIC, Dayton, OH
2012 - 2013
Worked on camera mounted airplanes used for detection and tracking in Afghanistan as member of project Blue Devil. Drew Created wiring schematics and technical diagrams, drafted technical reports and standard operating procedures. Bridged the gap between the engineering and the logistical parts of the team. Experienced both the office setting and hands-on with the aircraft at the airfield at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
Wright Scholar Program/Summer at the Edge , Dayton, OH
2011
I worked as a member of a student team building an autonomous ground robot. The robot was designed to test new technologies in robotics for the Air Force Research Laboratory. We built an Arduino driven robot with an array of sensors with SLAM and computer vision capabilities.
